African Innovation Week

African Innovation Week 2019, scheduled to be held 28th Oct – 2nd Nov-2019 at the African Union Head Quarter in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. African Innovation Week is a pan-African innovation movement and is determined to move Africa forward towards an inclusive and prosperous continent led by technology. It seeks to create a platform to bridge the gap between innovation and investment, between Africa and the rest of the world so as to build the future leaders of Africa. African Innovation Week-2019 is organized by IBA Ethiopia Center for Innovation in collaboration with the African Union Commission, the Ministry of Innovation & Technology of Ethiopia, Oslo International Hub, IBA Norway, the Ethiopian Norwegian Chamber of Commerce and several major universities of Ethiopia with the support of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway via their Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. During the weeklong event, we expect to host African and international startups, accelerators and entrepreneurs; investors and venture capitalists; policy makers; innovators and game changers; and academicians & people from business communities. We are expecting 4000+ participants, including 150+ Startups, and 75+ speakers and panellists.
