Mr. Edwin Wuadom Warden
Country Manager– Anglophone Africa, Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI)
Mr. Edwin Warden is a Country Manager supporting the implementation of EITI in Anglophone African countries. He was previously a Country Officer within the Anglophone Africa and Southeast Asia/Pacific teams at the International Secretariat.
Prior to joining the EITI, Mr. Warden worked with the Life and Peace Institute in the early stages of its global peacebuilding policy initiative. He has over 3 years of experience in the peace and development field including working on women, youth and peace projects in Kenya and Ghana.
Mr. Warden has a background in Political Science. He also holds an MSc in Development Management and an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies. His research interests include extractive resource governance, conflict analysis and sustainable development.
