Mr. Bienvenu Kouamé Essé
General Director of Hydrocarbons within the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Energy, Côte d'Ivoire
Mr. Bienvenu Kouamé Essé graduated from Nangui Abrogoua University in Abidjan, and he got a degree in petroleum engineering at the School of Mines and Geology (ESMG) of the National Polytechnical Institute Félix Houphouët-Boigny of Yamoussoukro (INP-HB). He began his professional career in 2003 within the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons, as an engineer in charge of studies.
Forth, He will successively occupy several responsibility positions in the Ivorian public administration and the private sector, in terms of coordination and management of activities in the oil and mining sectors. Regional director of mines and geology of Gbôklè, Nawa and San Pedro from November 2018, he was awarded the “2021 Prize of Excellence” for the best service of the Mines Administration.
Mr. Essé also holds a double MBA from the IAE PARIS Sorbonne Business School and the French Institute of Management (IFG), as well as a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
