Mr. Todd Schuett is currently the project manager for SESAME Solution II, an e-navigation testbed project funded by the Research Council of Norway. The project is supported by the Norwegian Coastal Administration and the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore. As the training manager of Kongsberg Norcontrol, Mr. Schuett has instructed hundreds of VTS operators, as well as developed one of the first interactive online learning solutions for maritime surveillance system operations.
