Mr. Svein Tore Holsether

Mr. Svein Tore Holsether is the president and CEO of YARA International. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Food & Nature program for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). He was a Commissioner of the Business and Sustainable Development Commission (BSDC), and also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of the International Fertilizer Association (IFA). Previously to his possition in YARA, Mr. Holsether has held a range of executive and senior position in large industrial companies, such as president and CEO of Sapa AS.
Mr. Holsether holds a BSc degree, specializing in Finance & Management, from the University of Utah, USA.
