Mr. Jens Frølich Holte

Mr. Jens Frølich Holte served as State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2017 to 2021, before joining Mckinsey in 2022. He previously served as Cst. State Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Communications in 2017. He was also a political adviser for the Ministry of Climate and Environment from 2013 to 2017, and the Conservative Party Parliamentary Group between 2011 and 2013.
Mr. Frølich Holte obtained Master of Science in Economic History at London School of Economics and Political Science and Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration at NHH.
