Mr. Espen Furuholt

Mr. Espen Furuholt is head of the Sands M&A team, working primarily with M&A, other equity transactions and general corporate law. He advises private equity funds, investment banks and industrial clients in Norwegian- and cross border transactions. Espen joined SANDS in 2019 after nearly a decade of working in M&A at Wikborg Rein. He studied law at University of Oslo and has also studied finance at Agder University College.
