R.T. Hon. Mark Simmonds

R.T. Hon. Mark Simmonds served as the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2012 to 2014, mainly responsible for the British Overseas Territories, the Caribbean and Africa. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Boston and Skegness in 2001, 2005 and 2010. Simmonds is the Chairman of Mortlock Simmonds Brown Limited (msbl), a specialist retail property advisor, which he founded in 1999 after being a Director of Hillier Parker and a partner with Strutt & Parker. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Trent Polytechnic.
