Mr. Lars Kristian Kildahl is CFO in Aker Energy. Prior to joining Aker Energy, he held the position as VP Business Development in Aker BP ASA (2015-2017). In this period, Aker BP carried out an extensive M&A agenda, including the merger with BP Norge, the acquisition of Hess Norge and a string of other corporate and portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining Aker BP, he held the positions as Head of Investor Relations and Investment Manager at Aker ASA. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Kildahl spent three years with SEB Enskilda’s Corporate Finance division.
Mr. Kildahl holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen.
