H.E. Isaac Musumba
Minister of State for Lands, Housing and Urban Development
His Excellency Isaac Musumba is the Minister of State for Lands, Housing and Urban Development in Uganda. From June 2006 until May 2011, he served as the State Minister for Regional Foreign Affairs. He was an elected Member of Parliament from 1996 to 2011. H.E. Musumba has served as the chairman of the Uganda Registration Service Bureau (URSB), and Regional (East African) Cooperation Minister. He holds a BA in Law from Makerere University, and a MA in Tax Law from University of London (QMC).
