Mr. Henning Fotland is the General Manager for Western Bulk’s chartering office in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The focus is developing long-term chartering relationships with partners based in West Africa. Mr. Fotland also heads a project group exploring opportunities in port logistics investment and development. The team is actively working on opportunities in Ivory Coast, Guinea, Morocco and Nigeria.
