H.E. Ms. Amel Ben Younes
Ambassador of Tunisia to Norway
H.E. Ms. Amel Ben Younes is a 23-year career diplomat at the Tunisian Foreign Service. She currently holds the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary. She has extensive experience in designing and monitoring bilateral cooperation and development programs with Sweden, Italy, Turkey, and the United States. She holds a master’s degree in legal sciences and international law for the environment. She earned executive diplomas in geostrategic affairs, Mediterranean studies and American foreign policy as well as a Certificate of Achievement in Leadership award from “The Abshire-Inamori Leadership Academy (AILA) at Center for Strategic and International Studies”.
