H.E. Mrs. Jennifer Lartey
Ambassador of Ghana to Norway
H.E. Mrs. Jennifer Lartey was on 1st February 2019 appointed by the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as Ghana's first resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway. Ambassador Lartey is a career diplomat and has served in several capacities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Republic of Ghana including Director for Asia & Pacific Bureau and Director for Administration and Human Resource until her appointment as an Ambassador in 2019. She has also served at Ghana's Missions in Washington DC and New Delhi. Ambassador Lartey who is a lawyer holds a BA of Arts degree in English and Linguistics, an LLB and a MA in Business Administration.
