Mr. Hassine Doghri is the CEO of the Tunisian European Company of Insurance and Reinsurance CARTE. He is also the founder and CEO of COFITE-SICAF. He holds several board positions, and is Norway's Honorary Consul in Tunisia. He has business degrees in international trade, applied law and business law from France.
