Director West-Africa, Norwegian Energy Partners

Dr. Gulbrand Wangen joined Norwegian Energy Partners (previously INTSOK) in 1997 as Regional Director and served as Managing Director of INTSOK from 1999 to 2013. His work experience includes management of energy projects internationally.

Dr. Wangen is an engineer by profession and he has a Dr. Ing. Degree in Energy Management from NTNU.
