Dr. Frannie Leautier

Dr. Frannie Leautier is an experienced executive working in the finance, engineering and non-profit organization management industries. She currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Trade and Development Bank, after serving as Vice President of The World Bank Group and the African Development Bank. Leautier has a Master’s degree in Transportation from MIT in 1986, and a PhD in Infrastructure Systems from MIT in 1990.
