Dr. Khaled F. Sherif is the Vice President for Regional Development, Integration and Business Delivery Complex at the African Development Bank in Abidjan (Ivory Coast). Born in Alexandria (Egypt), Dr. Sherif has extensive international experience with multilateral and bilateral development agencies and is an economic scholar and academician. He holds a BA in Economics, an MA in Economics and an MA in Political Science from the American University in Cairo (Egypt). He completed his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management at Boston University (USA).
