Mr. David Nalo

Mr. David Nalo is the Permanent Secretary (P.S.) for the Kenyan Ministry of the East African Community. He has previously held the position of P.S. for the Ministry of Trade and Industry and for the Ministry of Planning and National Development. Mr. Nalo holds an MA in Economics from Concordia University in Canada.
