Mr. Daniel Akinmade Emejulu is a sustainability professional with experience working at the World Economic Forum, the United Nations Office in Geneva (UNEP), and The Global Fund’s office in Switzerland. His writing and interview credits include sustainability themed publications in The Financial Times, The Economist Intelligence Unit, The Huffington Post, Monocle, Channels TV, and CNBC Africa—among others. He also supports businesses embracing ethanol as a renewable energy source in Africa. Daniel holds a master’s degree in law (LLM) from Duke University, and a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from SOAS, University of London. He obtained an executive certificate in environmental governance from The Graduate Institute in Geneva, Switzerland; and a professional certificate in private international law from The Hague Academy of International Law in The Hague, Netherlands. He is qualified as a Barrister & Solicitor in Nigeria, and completed Nigeria's national youth service year in Abuja, which included military bootcamp and a mission with the Nigerian Red Cross. His skills on the piano are in a state of steady decline.
