Mr. Arne Peder Blix is the CEO of ICA-Finance AS (Immediate Climate Action Finance), an Oslo-based investment company providing financing and project management of emission reduction activities for the energy sector in emerging markets. Thus far, the total impact delivered by ICA-Finance equals 9.9 million tons of CO2e removed and approximately 72 million euros of carbon credit finance generated. Mr. Blix holds a BSc in Naval Operations and Political Science from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics.
