H.E. Mr. José de Lima Massano
State Minister for Economic Coordination of Angola
H.E Mr. José de Lima Massano served as Governor of the National Bank of Angola from 2010 to 2015 and again from 2017 to 2022. Throughout his career, he also held the position of President of the Executive Committee at Banco Angolano de Investimento (BAI) for six years, fulfilling responsibilities both before and after his first term as Governor. Additionally, he spent seven years as an executive director at Banco de Poupança e Crédito (BPC).
H.E Mr. José de Lima Massano holds a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from City University, London.
