Partnership for Change
Partnership for Change is a Norwegian organisation that supports aspiring countries to develop a thriving Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector, via legal infrastructure, training, model centres, and value-chain growth. ECCE, or colloquially called ‘day care’, is a prerequisite for gender equality and inclusive growth, as it contributes a triple win to society: children perform better in school, women can work, and the economy develops and retains its female talent. The sector is also a large job creator and increases tax revenue. We partner with governments, businesses, and organisations to implement quality and accessible solutions.
